Get A Supplier may exercise this right without any advance notice to the individual submitting the bid or bid request. Get A Supplier acts as a "middle-man" between bid requester and bidder. It is in its best interest to attempt to make sure that every transaction proceeds smoothly and to the mutual satisfaction of both parties. However, In the event that an irresolvable dispute arises as a result of a transaction, both contractor and supplier agree that as a "middle-man", Get A Supplier is completely harmless and not liable in any way for said dispute. Get A Supplier will make a best effort approach to handle the miscommunication effectively, however we are not authorized to make any final resolutions. Get A Supplier will not handle any of the financial exchanges that will happen after the contractor or supplier have found one another from our website. Get A Supplier is NOT responsible for any failures to pay, or faulty contractors or suppliers. It is your responsibility to make contact with the other party involved. If either the contractor or the supplier violate any of the terms listed in this document they are subject to have their postings deleted and their accounts terminated. Those who choose to access this Web Site are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws. Information available on this Web Site and transactions occurring as a result of your use of the site may be subject to U.S. Export Control Laws and/or other applicable export and import laws. You are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable export/import laws, regulations, taxes, licenses and fees. Therefore, you should make sure that if your product is coming from outside of the United States that it will be handled accordingly through customs. Also sales tax should be added when the project is going to be closed and money will be changing hands. In order to protect the legal rights and recourse of both contractors and suppliers, all users of the site affirm that they are legal adults, able to enter into contracts and at least 18 years of age. Persons not meeting this requirement are not allowed to post bid requests or bids. If you are caught your account will be terminated. Abandoned Accounts:
Get A Supplier may do periodic account reviews to eliminate accounts. If a Suppliers' or Contactors' account has been inactive for 18 months, their account will be given seven days to answer an email check to ensure that their account is still active. If a response is not received the account will be closed. Closing Accounts:
Get A Supplier will not refund any monies that have been deposited to it from any Suppliers' or Contractors' accounts. Once your account is closed either by abandoned accounts services, or by you, your remaining responses and paid services payments remain property of Get A Supplier. Copyright Information:
